• Where are you located?Land’s End is located on the Great South Bay in Sayville, Long Island. Physical Address: 80 Brown’s River Road, Sayville, NY 11782.

• Does Land’s End host more than one event at a time? Land’s End is exclusive to one event at a time.

• When are the final guest count, children’s meals and vendor meals count needed? Your final guest count is due 14 days prior to your wedding day. Please include the total number of vendor meals and children’s meals that will be provided along with your final guest count.

• Is there a preferred vendors list? Click HERE for our preferred vendor list.

• What is the charge for vendors to eat? Preferred Vendors are priced at $25 per plate, any other vendor is priced at $50 per plate. You are only charged for vendors that stay for your entire event (i.e. photo/video, DJ/band members/photo booth/live painter, etc.).

• What does Land’s End include in their package?

  • Linens (approx. 10 tablecloth options and approx. 15 napkin options)

  • Place Cards (client to fill out)

  • Directional Cards

  • Personalized Dinner Menus

  • Framed Table Number

  • Amenities for the Restrooms

  • Seasonal Coat Check Attendant

• What are the restrictions to accessing the facility the day of my event? Access to the venue is limited on the day of and will be finalized with your event coordinator.

• Do we need a Day of Coordinator for our event? A Day of Coordinator is not necessary at Land’s End. A Maitre’ D, Captain and Bridal Attendant are staffed to ensure that you receive the best care and service throughout your event. Additionally, your sales and event manager are there the day of to be sure that all you have been planning for is exactly what is executed.

• What are the options for an outdoor ceremony? We have two locations for an outdoor ceremony – at our gazebo with the ceremony chairs on the lawn or on the beach with your ceremony chairs on the sand.

• Is there an indoor location for the ceremony in the event of inclement weather? In the case of inclement weather, we do have an indoor alternative that overlooks the Great South Bay.

• Is there an administrative fee? No, Land’s End does not have an administrative or service fee.

• Does Land’s End provide Valet Parking No, Valet Parking is not necessary for events under 300 guests.

• Do you offer a Food Tasting? We do offer one Food Tasting prior to your event. The tasting usually take place in the winter months, and you will be sent an invitation at least one month before the tasting.

• Is the wedding cake included? Yes, your wedding cake will be provided by our own Audrey’s Fine Baked Goods located in West Sayville, NY. All coordination will be done through your sales and event coordinator at Land’s End during your final menu meeting

• Is there a bridal suite? Yes, Land’s End has a spacious bridal suite for you and your wedding party.

• When does the menu need to be finalized? Finalizing the menu will take place approximately six weeks prior to your event. An appointment will be scheduled with your event coordinator to go through the final details.

• Do you have options for guests with dietary restriction or allergies? Yes, dietary restrictions can be accommodated. As much specific information as possible is appreciated in advance but is not required. However, if a meal will need to be provided by an outside caterer such as Glatt kosher or halal advanced notice is required for ordering purposes and additional fees will apply.

  • Guest Minimums: Range based on the time of the year and the day and time of the weekend between (125ppl – 185ppl)

  • Gazebo: Height of Entrance 88” – Width of Entrance 80”

• What is required to book a date? The deposit to secure your date is $2,500, a payment schedule is then created based on the time between the date of booking and the date of your event.

• Cocktail Hour Music? If you decide not to hire a musician for cocktail hour LE can provide music from the Optimum Music Channel lineup.

• Can we bring in our own caterer? Outside catering is only permitted on a Sunday.

• Are there overnight accommodations available on-site We have the Land’s End Motel located right next door to the venue. The motel is seasonal, open from April – November. For more information about the Land’s End Motel, click HERE.

• Is Land’s End handicap accessible? Land’s End is handicap accessible with the exception of the bridal suite which is up a flight of stairs
